Products

What are the purses made of?

For the most part our purses are made made of a percentage of PU Leather. If you are not familiar with PU Leather click here to find out more about PU Leather. In some cases we will use differnt materials such as PVC Faux and pretty much any other fancy names for plastic. In the end our products have a very nice leather type texture, but much softer than leather, more light weight but also not as durable.

Do you substitute purses if you run out?

Yes, it's a common practice in the wholesale handbag industry. At our discretion if something does become out of stock before we can fulfill your order we will substitute it for either the same style similar color or, a different style same or similar color. This doesn't happen all the time, it happens rarely. If we cannot find a reasonable substitute we will refund your method of payment for whatever products we cannot fulfill. If you do not wish to receive substitutes please mention it in the comments section when checking out. We will not substitute anything if you leave us a note prior to paying. If you forgot to leave a note please use our contact us form, use live chat, or call us to let us know so we can make a note of it.

What does the center logo say?

Purses that have a logo in the center can vary from one purse to another. In some cases from one color to another. The same purse might have one logo for 2 colors and a different logo for the rest. For the most part they are all just designs. There is one that does say EST. 2005.

Ordering & Transit

Can I place my order over the phone?

No. All orders must be placed over our website. It ensures accuracy leaving less room for error and it also helps protect our customers and MHB from fraudulent transactions.

I placed my order today when should I expect to receive it?

It takes us 1 to 3 business days to process and complete your order and it takes Fedex an additional 2 to 5 business days to deliver. To see exactly how many days in transit your package will be once in Fedex's hands please see our Fedex Shipping link where you will find a map of the US with a legend at the bottom that will tell you depending on the color of the state how many days it takes for transit. On average orders that are placed over the weekend or early Monday morning ship out by Monday evening and are received by our customers between that same week Wednesday to Saturday.

How can I keep track of my package once you ship it?

When we update the status of your order to complete you will receive an email to the email you provided us when registering letting you know what your tracking number is. You can then type in your tracking number on the fedex.com website and there you will be able to see exactly where it is and expected delivery date.

I placed my order a few days ago but never received status updates or a tracking number, whats going on?

If it has been more than two days and you have not received any updates on your order's status chances are when you registered there may have been a typo when providing us your email or your email client has labeled our email address as spam and our emails may just be sitting in your spam folder. If you find our emails in your spam folder, add our email address to your contacts, open our emails and label them “not spam”, that should take care of it. If you do not find any emails from us in your spam folder try loggin into our website. There you can view your order history. Click on your most recent order, there you will find all status updates for your order including your tracking number if your order has been labeled complete. If you are not able to log in, please contact us via live chat, email, or phone as there must be a typo in the email and we can help you correct it.

Order, Login or Technical Issues

How long does it take to get a response via email?

If its within normal business hours 9am-6pm Monday to Friday youl'll most likely get a response within the hour, in most cases almost instantly. We do answer emails outiside of business hours as well but can take up to 24 hours at the latest. If you do not received a response from us within 24 hours please feel free to call us or use live chat. Live chat is also available outside our regular business hours.

I received a defective purse, what can I do?

It happens, we do apologies. Although we have an all sales final policy, factory defective items is an exception to the policy. Please take a clear picture of the damage and email it to us along with your order ID and we'll definitely look into it for you. Every case is handled differently, but bottom line is we will come up with a solution we are all happy with :)

I'm missing a purse! :o What can I do?!

Please check the number of purses in your order are correct. Sometimes when we run out of a specific style or color and before we are able to update our database it ends up in your order. We will normally then substitute it with either the same style similar color, or similar style same color and an order you think is missing a purse might not be missing, just have been substituted. If that's not the case, please contact us and we will look into it for you.

My purses are missing the tag that states the style number, why?

From time to time we will get merchandise in that will be advertising their own manufacturing company. We don't promote other companies so we will remove those tags before we ship the purses to you. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

I can't seem to log in, whats going on?

Try resetting your password by clicking the “forgot your password?” link on the login page. If that doesn't work for whatever reason please contact us via live chat, email or phone. We will be able to look into the problem for you.

I tried resetting my password but I didn't receive an email, what can I do?

Please contact us via live chat, email or call us. There might be a typo on your email when you first registered. We will be able to better look into this for you.

I clicked add to cart but the add to cart button just went cucu on me, why?

If this happens to you please clear your browser's cache history. If you are not sure how to do this click here to get information on how to do so. Normally that will fix the issue right up along with perhaps other loading issues you have had in the past with your web browser acting up on either our site or other sites. How do I know your company is real?

Visit the Secretary of the state of California website http://www.sos.ca.gov/. Click where it says Business entities under the Business program Category. On the left you will see a menu that says “Online Services”, select business search. Towards the middle of the page you will see see a few options, select “Corporation Name”. In the search bar type in MHB Wholesale and click Search. There you will be able to verify we are a legitimate Incorporated Company holding an active status as a business in the state of California.

 

Okay I visited the Secretary of The State of California website and verified you are a legitimate Corporation, how do I know for sure you will not just take my money and not ship my purses?

We won't. We want your repeat business, but you don't have to take our word for it, you can checkout the testimonials left on our site from actual customers. Even better if you google MHB Wholesale you will find ratings and reviews left for us from actual customers on 3rd party websites like shopperaproved.com resellerratings.com webutations.net even check us out on facebook and maybe even a few other websites we aren't even aware of at this moment. Would I get in trouble for selling the purses on your site? They look similar to some name brand purses.

No you will not. Our purses look very similar to some of the name brand purses you may be familiar with because they are inspired by major name brands. They are by no mean replicas, fakes or any other term used to describe counterfeit products. Nowhere will you find a logo, zipper, tag etc where they mention they are something they are not. Selling counterfeit merchandise at any level is illegal and gravely punishable by law and is not the field we are in.
