  • All wholesale handbags and purses are shipped via FedEx Ground. We do accommodate to special request for expedited shipping for your handbags however in those cases please contact us before placing your order so we can get you a quote and make payment arrangements as our website is set up only for Fedex ground.
  • First time customers placing orders of $100 or over we do require the order shipped to the billing address. We do ship orders to addresses other than the billing address for first time buyers for orders under $100 or no limit for repeat customers. Shipping address must be within reasonable proximity of the billing address.  At our own discretion we may cancel /refund any order if we are suspicious of fraud.
  • We strive to process and ship all orders within 24 business hours from when they are placed to no more than 48 business hours. 
  • Most of our handbags are in stock and most orders placed before 10am Monday - Friday ship the same evening. Orders placed after 10am Friday or the weekend normally ship the next business day, typically Monday unless Monday is a holiday in that given case your order will ship Tuesday
  • We DO ship to PO Boxes 
  • We only ship within the 48 contiguous states. If you are located outside of the contiguous states and are interested in ordering please contact us as we are still willing to do business with you.
  • Shipments that fail to deliver within three attempts, are refused, fail to deliver due to incorrect address or undeliverable shipping address (not Manny Handbags being at fault) will be refunded once we receive our merchandise and will be subject to a restocking fee of 10%. If you had originally received free shipping you will be responsible for the actual shipping charges.
  • Every package we send has a FedEx tracking number. This is our proof of delivery. If your package is lost and the carrier cannot provide confirmation of delivery, we will credit your account with us immediately so that you can place a new order. If the carrier has proof of delivery yet you have not received your package, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. Once a package shows "delivered" by FedEx tracking information, MHB Wholesale Inc is not responsible for packages not received.
